Hit-and-run crash damages Chicago Dunkin’ Donuts building

CHICAGO, IL – A hit-and-run crash caused exterior damage to a Dunkin’ Donuts building Wednesday morning, ABC 7 Chicago reported.

The collision happened around 1 am. A Ford Explorer was traveling on West Cermak Road and then turned on Western Avenue. For some unknown reason, it slammed into the Dunkin’ Donuts, breaking the glass door.

Police believe the suspects were two men and one woman who fled the scene. Authorities are investigating Wednesday’s crash.

The car was removed, no one was harmed, and arrests were not made.
