Narrative
One was hospitalized, and two were killed in a head-on crash on Illinois Route 113 south of Irish Lane near Wilmington around 5 a.m. on Tuesday, March 7th. Illinois State Police said the two vehicles caught on fire after colliding. The driver of Traffic Unit 2 was taken to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, while the two occupants of Traffic Unit 2 succumbed to their injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene.
