SPRINGFIELD, IL – A man who used a wheelchair died after getting struck by a vehicle Wednesday night, July 20, News Channel 20 reported.
The crash happened at Clear Lake Avenue.
The man was identified as 68-year-old Terry Tippett, who was taken to Memorial Hospital.
Police have not released the driver’s name, and It is unclear if they were injured.
