BOLINGBROOK, IL – Three people sustained injuries Friday following a multi-vehicle rollover crash along the interstate in Bolingbrook.
The incident occurred around 7:16 p.m. on the northbound side of I-355 near Boughton Road, which is just northeast of The Promenade Bolingbrook.
Officials closed the northbound side of I-355 after two 18-wheelers and a passenger vehicle collided. One of the trucks and the car overturned as a result of the crash.
Medics transported three people involved in the accident to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
The cause of the crash and circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
