EAST ST. LOUIS, IL – A driver of a van lost their life after crashing into a ditch located between two bridge crossings before 8 a.m. Thursday.
This collision took place on St. Clair Avenue. Upon arrival, Illinois State Police declared the motorist dead at the scene.
Police have launched an investigation. Although, they have not revealed the events leading up to this crash or the name of the motorist.
