CHICAGO, IL – A rollover crash on I-55 left a man dead Wednesday morning, according to CBS Chicago.
The crash happened around 2:30 am. A Blue Chrysler 300c was traveling south on the I-55 when it collided with a white
Volvo truck tractor, Illinois State Police said.
The Chrysler driver, 48, was a Joliet man and the Volo driver was a Lemont man, 48.
The Volvo driver suffered no injuries, but the Chrysler driver was taken to a local hospital and died.
Police reports indicated the Chrysler severed off the road and overturned. However, details as to what caused the rollover remains unknown.
