CHICAGO, IL – A car crash claimed one man’s life and injured three around 11:50 pm Thursday, ABC 7 Chicago reported.
The collision happened on Hollywood Avenue. A Toyota RAV 4 was struck by a black SUV.
According to Chicago Police, the black SUV was speeding, which could be considered a major factor in Thursday’s crash.
The RAV 4 driver suffered unspecified injuries and was transported to Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
Two people, the driver and a passenger from the Sedan sustained minor injuries and were hospitalized at Saint Francis Hospital. The other Sedan passenger, however, died at the scene.
The Sedan driver was arrested, and charges are waiting.
