ST. CLAIR COUNTY, IL – A 23-year-old woman was left dead in a single-car crash on Interstate 64 in St Clair County Tuesday.
The collision occurred around 4 pm, KMOV reported. It is unclear what led to the crash. However, when police arrived, they declared the woman, MaKenze Coulter, dead.
No additional details about the crash have been released.
